As I remember, this guy wanted to run a full blown interactive list.
I agree with Brian's comments at the time that we would be better
served to maintain control over an announcements only list and 
keep directing discussion to the news group.  At the rate this thing
is catching on, I would not be surprised to see someone start one
on there own anyway....
