When executing a maven archetype which is substituting a user defined value into a service namespace for use with CXF / Apache Spring, the archetype generator leaves two braces rather than the single brace to close the namespace.

I have attached three files, one with the correct fragment which does not generate the expected output, one with the incorrect fragment which does generate the expected output and the expected output.
