[patch] to make JavaTest evaluate parameters each time

Summary: [patch] to make JavaTest evaluate parameters each time
           Product: JMeter
           Version: 1.9RC1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Main
        AssignedTo: jmeter-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: tjsb@slb.com

The JavaTest Java sampler was not picking up changes to its parameters, which
made it rather less useful as a testing mechanism.

The patch fixes this, as well (hopefully) improving the Javadoc for the
function.
