[Heads up] Aries RSA 1.10.0 release in a few days

The last release of Aries Remote Service Admin was mid last year. So I 
think it is quite overdue that we do another release soon.

We currently have 6 issues fixed for 1.10.0. See
https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ReleaseNote.jspa?version=12338250&projectId=12310981
I already moved the remaining issues to the next release.

If anyone wants to get something into the new release please speak up.
