tomcat out of memory

Hi
 
I have linux 6.2 operating system with Oracle.I have 1 GB RAM . But every 
time tomcat out of memory error comming??. I have changed heap size in 
catalina.sh . i searched from google. still not yet solved. please give me 
the solution for the same.
