One notices sa-compile is in half-debug mode by default. It shouldn't
print any status messages, only error messages. Compare sa-update.
Then again, sa-compile's -D is twice as verbose as sa-update's.
Also I'm not sure of the point of storing these messages (into
var/spamassassin/compiled/3.002003/perllocal.pod)
"installed into: /tmp/.spamassassin2948YES0bRtmp/ignored/share/perl/5.8.8"
The /tmp files are already gone by the time one gets around to reading that file.

Well you must admit that the standards of default quietness of sa-update and
sa-compile are very different. Resolve it as you wish.
