How this JIRA issue works? How many people(votes) to consider to make Work Progress? Who will do the work? All the voters? I can help a little as much I can do, if this is going to take off.

Can we set a date line where all requirements should be already fixed and "everyone" agree? So we can go forward from there.

One more thing, I have read in the mailing list that Hans from AntWebSystem already developed it while back ago. He will put it back when there is enough interest.

Now, I'm a little confused with all these. But I really hoping Hans was right and we just need a little more customization and not doing it from scratch.
