Ozone TLP logistics update
All,
So far, following logistics have been done. Thanks to the Infra team and
Marton.
1. Git Rename

2. Mailing list rename

issues@ozone.apache.org
dev: ozone-dev@hadoop.apache.org -> dev@ozone.apache.org
3. Move website from https://hadoop.apache.org/ozone to
https://ozone.apache.org
Remains are
1. Create Apache Ozone iwiki space in Confluence. (Wait for Infra team's
help)
2. Update all kinds of Ozone documents, wiki pages, git readme, web site
contents, etc.
Let me know if I missed anything or something not work as expected.

is updated to date.

There is no section about mailing list subscription on old website, (we
subscribed Ozone mailing lists on hadoop website)
and IMHO we could create a new section and put the mailing list on new
website https://ozone.apache.org
