   Some notes:
   - Elastic license changed since 7.11.0
   - [Elastic High Level REST Client](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/client/java-rest/current/java-rest-high.html) is deprecated in favor of the Java API Client. The Elastic High Level REST Client isn't ASL 2.0 licensed.
   - The migration from HLRC to Java Client should happen before upgrading, https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/client/java-api-client/current/migrate-hlrc.html
   - Elastic Java Client is ASL 2.0 licensed
