[jira] [Created] (NIFI-798) Add user friendly message when an Ajax response cannot be interpreted successfully

Matt Gilman created NIFI-798:
--------------------------------

Summary: Add user friendly message when an Ajax response cannot be interpreted successfully
                 Key: NIFI-798
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-798
             Project: Apache NiFi
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Core UI
            Reporter: Matt Gilman
            Assignee: Matt Gilman
            Priority: Trivial
             Fix For: 0.3.0

jQuery will invoke the error handler of an Ajax request when it cannot interpret the response successful. This can look bizarre to the user when the response code that is returned indicates success.

This may happen if there is a comms issue and the response is not completely received.
