I entered scm:svn:svn+ssh://akiezun@login.csail.mit.edu:/afs/csail.mit.edu/group/pag/projects/joe/repository/trunk/joe
as my scm ulr (note that there's a bogus colon after 'edu')

I got a NumberFormatException.
This should be flagged as invalid scm string and not show up as exception in the browser.
