PR merge/close fest on couchdb repo done
...for now. I'm trying to get us to the point where we don't
have PRs open on repos for more than a year unless absolutely
necessary. It's especially bad form when the PR is from
a non-committer, bordering on rude especially when there are
no comments from committers on the PR!
If you had an old PR open, please check for comments -- they
might be easy to miss in the flood of emails.
Again, sorry for the mail spam.
I will be making a post later today about the state of our
test suite. Spoiler: a few tests need some help.

As a person with an 'on' committer bit (difficult to claim myself as a
committer), thanks for doing the good/dirty work, and no need to apologise
for the spam. It's good to see someone cares enough.
