Share details for configuring message gateway on server.xml from production or staging instance

Hi Santosh 

 

I am told there is a doc for configuring server.xml for message gateway
which not shared on mifos conflux page, am trying to configure message
gateway to run from tomcat I have been following this link

+Configuration and am told there is some infor missing for server.xml please
