[jira] [Created] (LUCENE-8375) Remove "Lucene Fields" checkboxes "New" and "Patch Available" from JIRA issues

Steve Rowe created LUCENE-8375:
----------------------------------

Summary: Remove "Lucene Fields" checkboxes "New" and "Patch Available" from JIRA issues
                 Key: LUCENE-8375
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-8375
             Project: Lucene - Core
          Issue Type: Task
            Reporter: Steve Rowe
            Assignee: Steve Rowe

The LUCENE JIRA project includes a set of checkboxes called "Lucene Fields": "New" and "Patch Available".

I think we should remove these, since AFAIK they are never used. Also, given the "Patch Available" status used by Yetus to enable automatic patch review, it's confusing to have a separate, *unrelated* checkbox with the same label.
