**Describe the bug**
If I pin the `pulsar-client` library version, my pinned requirements end up being mutually exclusive between MacOS and Linux.
The 2.8.0.post0 client is only available for MacOS, not Linux.
The 2.8.1 client is only available for Linux, not MacOS.
If a [source release](https://github.com/apache/pulsar/issues/11899) cannot be made available so that users can build the client themselves, could one or both of those missing versions be published to PyPi?

The 2.8.1 client has been published for MacOS now; this issue has been resolved.
