Re: HL7 v3

Hi All,

To further Christian's comments... There are specific jurisdictions (e.g.
Canada) that have a finitely bounded definitions for HL7v3 based messaging
models.

In fact, Infoway publishes an open source implementation of the pan-Canadian
implementation at http://infocentral.infoway-inforoute.ca under the "Message
Builder API". There is a lot to marshalling and unmarshalling an HL7v3
message (nullflavour, data types, clinical ontologies, etc...)

If you are looking for an example (Java/.NET) you can try out the Infoway
Message Builder API.

It is quite good... (Biased opinion of course...)

https://infocentral.infoway-inforoute.ca/3_Tools_and_solutions/Message_Builder

You just need to create a free Infocentral account to download the messaging
implementation.

Cheers,
Greg

Maybe IPF which is based on camel can answer your question.
