checking for ducc running, may take a few minutes...
ERROR - DUCC appears to be running: Found ducc broker@9.59.193.8 PID 2947
Please run '/opt/ducc/install/ducc/apache-uima-ducc-3.0.0/admin/stop_ducc --all'

Work around is to:
 # assure, using ps command, that no ducc daemons are running
 # hack ducc_update to skip check_ducc step
