XDoclet plugin executes before the Clover plugin in the lifecycle forked by the latter

This happens for example for maven plugins bound to the generates-sources phase. This causes issues as any other plugin expecting the output of the plugin executing in the generate-sources phase will fail, not finding the expected data. This is especially true for the XDoclet plugin which is usually bound to that phase.
