[Bug 3038] New: meta rules don't support ? : operator

http://bugzilla.spamassassin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3038

Summary: meta rules don't support ? : operator
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: 2.63
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Rules
        AssignedTo: spamassassin-dev@incubator.apache.org
        ReportedBy: spamassassinbugzilla@trust.idiom.com

I want to use the ?: operator in meta rules.

This came up because I'm writing a script to translate the nkvir-rc
anti-virus procmail ruleset into a set of spamassassin rules.

I'll upload a patch.
