STR:
# On install step(also end installation) or on monitoring step(also restart all component) change  oozie.base.url
# go on Oozie service tab
# click on quick link

*Also Falcon Web UI does not work.* 
After changing couple ports (include oozie.base.url).

Expected result:
Quick links (Oozie Web UI) is work after reconfiguring port of oozie.base.url.

Actual result:
Quick links (Oozie Web UI) is not work after reconfiguring port of oozie.base.url.
