Soap Compiler

Soap Users,

Looking at the code for the Soap clients, there is a pattern. Set up the
Call, tell it the method name, create and add a list of parameters, invoke,
get return value/error.  That being said, is there some type of Soap Client
compiler/generator out there that takes the Soap (Server) object, parses
through it (or use reflection), and automatically generate a client?
