[Dev Help] Right-Click Override No Longer Working on IE10 on Windows 8

Hi everyone, hoping someone here can help me.

This morning I awoke to a p0 bug on me that says our custom context menu is
being overridden by the Windows 8 standard one on right-click. Now, seeing
as I'm on a Mac without Windows 8 or IE10, this was a surprise.

I've confirmed it now on another machine, but Googling around I can't find
any other example of this bug online. It seems to only happen on Windows 8
or Windows2012 in IE10, but again, no mention of this on any online
communities I've seen..

As anyone else seen this issue?
