NoSuchMethod exception with 1.3a1 and Tomcat 3.2.1

I just downloaded the 1.3a1 war file from the website and Tomcat gets
the following NoSuchMethodException when I start it.  The only copy of
turbine.jar is the version that came as part of the Jetspeed package.
Did I do something wrong or is there an error in the war file?
