Hi, Apache OpenOffice 4.x/Thai translation is now 100%.Please merge into next
release.There still are thousands of Failing Checks. I'll get rid of them as
much as I can before next deadline.

Yes, the help file is next. In the mean time there are some good Thai manuals
for users to download.

UI is at 100% but not help file:

I think that is necessary to build AOO in Thai language.
