This is currently not a supported default chart type. I've implemented a POC of a line-bar chart using the NVD3 library at this [PR](https://github.com/apache-superset/superset-ui-plugins/pull/39).
That being said, you will have to adapt this code to the new plugin system recently merged into master. See also: https://github.com/apache/incubator-superset/pull/8333
