jclouds-cli does not currently run properly on Windows due to problems with its start script. See https://github.com/jclouds/jclouds-cli/pull/3 for details.

The fixes that appear to be minimally required are:
* remove a strange character from shell.bat on master, 1.6.x and 1.5.x
* add missing elements to the classpath for master and 1.6.x
