[I] incorporate the MAVEN_ARGS_APPEND argument to the swf-builder [incubator-kie-kogito-serverless-operator]

### Description
Right now, the swf-builder images are prepared to include the mvn MAVEN_ARGS_APPEND parameter, and thus, we have the ability to pass for instance build time properties to the builder image.
However, at the operator level, we are not including that argument on the Docker files or configurations, and thus, the argument is not being properly passed when the swf-builder is invoked.
We must ensure that this argument is propagated accordingly.
