We currently use a Git repo at https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator-spark.git, which we'd like to migrate to an appropriate repo name for a TLP. It is also mirrored on GitHub at https://github.com/apache/incubator-spark -- the new one will need to be apache/spark. Finally, we have notifications from GitHub set up to go to our dev list (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-7276), which may need to be updated for the new repo.
