threads and ramp-up

hi,

for load testing, would it be a good idea to keep ramp-up time and
user-delays constant and increase only threads?

Ramp-up time should be increased somewhat when increasing number of
threads. It's not a good idea to start too many threads at once.

User delays should probablybe kept the same.
