[VOTE] June 2025 PR of the Month
Hey All,
It’s once again time to vote for the PR of the Month! Shout-out to Kaxil
for helping clean up the script.
With the help of the `get_important_pr_candidates` script in dev/stats
mixed with a little AI ;) we've identified the following candidates:
PR #51699 – Switch the Supervisor/task process from line-based to
length-prefixed <https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/51699>
PR #51735 – i18n: Move translations to ui/public and enable dynamic loading
to reduce bundle size <https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/51735>
PR #51258 – AIP-38 Add Arabic UI translation <
https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/51258>
PR #51153 – Docs setup for the Task SDK <
https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/51153>
PR #51292 – Introduce internationalization (i18n) policy <
https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/51292>
Please reply to this thread with your selection or offer your own
nominee(s).
Voting will close on Monday, June 30th at 9 AM PST. The winner(s) will be
featured in the next issue of the Airflow newsletter.
Also, if there’s an article or event that you think should be included in
this or a future issue of the newsletter, please drop me a line at <

Posted by Kaxil Naik <ka...@gmail.com>.
My vote goes to the Underrated 51153 too.
And a shoutout to both 51699 & 51153.
Interesting suggestion from Pierre to keep this for non-committers only. I
like the idea -- or maybe we at least have 1 committer & 1 for
non-committers. dunno.

Mine goes to 51153. Overdue doc work and I’m so happy we finally have proper documentation so people don’t need to read the source code (and end up using things they shouldn’t). This has been a problem even before the task sdk exists.

Re: [VOTE] June 2025 PR of the Month
Posted by Shahar Epstein <sh...@apache.org>.
I agree with Amogh that both #51699 and #51735 are great, but I'll go with
#51699.
Thanks for having my two PRs in the list :)

Torn between 51699 and 51735.
All tough ones this time!
Anyways, my vote would go to 51735, really good work. It's harder than it
looks!
(If i could give 2 plus ones, 51699 would get the other one)
Thanks & Regards,
