Adding a Portlet

Hey,

when a user clicks a button I would like to add a portlet. The code doing
this is executed inside of an action object. It works!

    PsmlEntry entry  = new PsmlEntry();
    entry.setParent( "Welcome" );
    Portlets portlets = thePortlet.getInstance( theRunData )
                                .getDocument().getPortlets();

    entry.setId( JetspeedIdGenerator.getNextPeid() );
    portlets.addEntry( entry );


The problem is: 
The new portlet appears not until I have pressed the reload-button of the
browser.


Can anybody give me a hint? 
- re-aggregation of the whole page?
- redirect URL?
