   This PR addresses issues with label management for monitors.
   
   - Functionality has been added to allow users to easily select from pre-existing labels when configuring monitors. This significantly reduces the chance of typos and promotes the use of standardized labels. 
   - Labels assigned to monitors are now correctly reflected and synchronized with the "Labels" page. This ensures a single source of truth for all labels.
