repository.apache.org slow?

Hi,

Is repository.apache.org slow for anyone else? I am waiting 5+ minutes
for the staging script to download the starged artifacts. Also the web
UI feels slow.

Seems to be an intermittent issue when connect()-ing to the host,
either via HTTP or HTTPS. Filed

  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-13776
