To reproduce it:

- login to default pub
- click admin tab
- click users
- choose a user and click on the link
- now hover over the admin menu links on the left especially the home and groups
link

i18n catalogue resolving goes into an endless loop. This loop will be fixed if
broken links are fixed.

The home link should point to default/admin/index.html but if goinmg the above
path it points to default/admin/users/roku/index.html which is wrong imho.
