    COUCHDB-2354 - Fix search and API boxes vanishing

    This will correct the issues where the search box and the API button vanish upon applying a document query.
    
    
    Tested for regression in:
    Chrome 37.0.2062.124
    Safari 7.0.6
    Safari 8.0
    Firefox 32.0.3

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/ocelotpotpie/couchdb-fauxton COUCHDB-2354-fix-search-and-api-vanishing

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/couchdb-fauxton/pull/82.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
