limit sounds good, but it should be an optional. if [-limit N] isn't specified, it would iterate over all the ledgers. please don't set any limitation like Integer.MAX.
and also it isn't the 'limit' to overwhelm the system.'batchSize' isn't accurate though. I was expecting a rate limiting. but it is fine as the starting point. we could improve it in future. I don't want to block this one.
