Webservice Connector Issue

Hello,

This is with reference toIBM Crossworlds SOAP
(Webservice) Connector.
Trying to execute Sample scenario given for SOAP
Connector(Folder). As per connector documentation Web
Services (SOAP Connector)  Installed
and Configured Tomcat 4.1.18(Server) and Apache SOAP
2.2 , SOAP Connector.
After Deploying the Web Service, started the SOAP and
Test Connectors. Given Input Test file (URL :
http://localhost:8080/soap/servlet/messagerouter/urn:OrderStatus).
Now getting following Error:
