Parser produces unexpected errors from 'Good' document

Xerces was built from the tar file:
http://cvs.apache.org/snapshots/xml-xerces/xml-xerces_20020111112945.tar.gz

The test uses DOMCount -n -s AllResources.xml
(File attached as a zip)

Many errors reported, but consist of these types:

Message: Attribute '{}Pages' is not declared for element 'RunList'
Message: No character data is allowed by content model
Message: Unknown element 'LayoutElement'
Message: Element 'LayoutElement' is not valid for content model: 'EMPTY'
Message: Datatype error: Type:InvalidDatatypeValueException, 
Message:Value 'file://D:/database' is NOT a valid URI .
