Cursor exception handling

Hi !

I'm currently cleaning up the cursor exception handling. Currently, the
cursor API has many methods throwing Exception, which is a bit ugly. I
have created a common CursorException class, that is the root of the
various cursor exceptions, and I will use this class instead of
Exception all over the code.

This should not impact the way the server works.

I will also fix Studio accodingly.
