Update from 1.4.8 to 1.4.19 breaks AjaxDownload FileStreaming

I was using the procedure which is described here:

all day.. but since Update to 1.4.19 the File Streaming is broken. The user
is redirected to a "new" or empty wicket-page (looks like a browser refresh)
and thats all.

Any hints what have been Changed on the request Cylce processing or
something like that?
