[I] Docker image arch [bifromq]
Gujiawei-Edinburgh opened a new issue, #223:
URL: https://github.com/apache/bifromq/issues/223
# Missing Arch for Docker image
I found that the [docker build script](https://github.com/apache/bifromq/blob/main/release/docker-build.sh) only use the docker daemon arch, which will cause miss other arch, e.g., `arm64`
The build command should be something like
```
docker buildx build \
-f "$dockerfile" \
--platform linux/amd64,linux/arm64 \
--build-arg BIFROMQ_VERSION="$version" \
-t "$tag" \
"$context_dir" \
--push
```
