The hyperlinks in tickets imported from Trac point back the original Trac resources. When importing from Trac, change these links to point to the new Allura artifacts.

If possible, change these links to point to the Allura comment that corresponds to the original trac comment. If not possible, remove the comment links entirely (leave the text, just don't hyperlink it).

Ticket Links

Change these to local artifact references. If [#6140] is done first, removing the link altogether would Just Work, as the ticket number itself would be hyperlink to the proper Allura ticket during Markdown conversion.

Escaping Brackets

Square brackets inside the original link text need to be escaped.
