Move task sends log output by default, and even when verbose=false

           Summary: Move task sends log output by default, and even when
                    verbose=false
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.6.1
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: nebmail1@yahoo.com

Move task sends log output by default, and when verbose explicitly set false.
There is no way to disable this output (mainly an annoyance). The manual defines
that move does NOT send output by default (see the verbose parameter).

   E.g. "[move] Moving 1 files to ..."
