[jira] [Created] (WHIMSY-214) Secretary workbench message date can be wrong

Sebb created WHIMSY-214:
---------------------------

Summary: Secretary workbench message date can be wrong
                 Key: WHIMSY-214
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WHIMSY-214
             Project: Whimsy
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Sebb

The workbench uses the original message Date header to calculate the month in which to file the message. This can be completely wrong [1].

The examples I have so far seen all seem to be spam, but that may not always be the case.

It might be better to use the arrival time.
