[jira] [Created] (GIRAPH-378) Giraph's tar.gz distributable build does not include the bin/ directory (or the run scripts!) any more

Eli Reisman created GIRAPH-378:
----------------------------------

Summary: Giraph's tar.gz distributable build does not include the bin/ directory (or the run scripts!) any more
                 Key: GIRAPH-378
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GIRAPH-378
             Project: Giraph
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: build, conf and scripts
    Affects Versions: 0.2.0
            Reporter: Eli Reisman
             Fix For: 0.2.0

For some reason, when I try to build the giraph-blah-blah-bin-blah.tar.gz to explode and run remotely from a gateway machine to my Hadoop cluster, the directory tree I unpack does not include all the directories it used to. in particular, we need the bin/ directory to be in there, because it contains all the giraph run scripts we know and love.

This seems to happen on at least 3 of the maven -P build profiles I tried.
