Cocoon and Eclipse Problems

In eclipse, we get compilation errors on the xml that begins with:

<fd:form xmlns="http://apache.org/cocoon/forms/1.0#definition"
      xmlns:i18n="http://apache.org/cocoon/i18n/2.1"
      xmlns:fd="http://apache.org/cocoon/forms/1.0#definition">

The error is:
2	cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'fd:form'.

We have tried to add a sample DTD to the eclipse XML catalog but that did
not work either because we did it wrong or its broken in eclipse.

Has anyone else gotten around this issue? Help greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Mark
