[PR] MYFACES-4427: 5.0 Quarkus UberJar check multiple classloaders for XML [myfaces]

- [x] It was not finding faces-config.xml in the main project itself only in JARS so need to check multiple classloaders.
- [x] XML Combiner needed a hint to make sure it didn't discard the Quarkus loader in faces-config.xml
