Steps to reproduce
---------------------------
1-Create two Adv zones

2-click add instance action button 
3-Select 1st zone , proceed till step 5(till affinity)
4-By clicking on action button "previous"  come back to zone selection page (step one)

5-Select  second zone  and repeat step 2,3,4 
6-select alternatively zone1/Zone2  and Repeat step 2-4


Expected
--------------
Message   "You do not have any affinity groups. Please continue to the next step." should be displayed only single time

Actual
-----------
Message is getting displayed multiple times
