Under [https://gricad-gitlab.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/labbecy/SeekAndBlastn/blob/fea7298c66e0551bee77192c35595c3373238674/CorpusP/25471990.xml] there is a file which has the same behaviour. The article's title isn't extracted with Tika server.
