Hi Michael,
the first one (the one listed on the web-site) works perfectly for me. I tested it with 2.2-beta-1, 2.2-beta-2 and the current snapshot. Your proposal, however, breaks my build :-(.
So I think this issue should be marked as "Cannot reproduce". Unless, of course, someone else is able to reproduce it.
